6. Public Profiles and Third Parties

Profiles, show listings, images, biographies, social links, and public contact details are intended to be discoverable. Do not publish information that you do not want other people to see or reuse.

The Platform may link to third-party websites or services. Jampak does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Review a third party’s terms and privacy policy before providing information to it.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, complete transactions, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, accounting, tax, and reporting obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and why it was collected.

You may delete individual profiles or request account deletion from your account settings. When an account is deleted, we remove or anonymize personal profile information. • Control which information you publish on public profiles.
  • Unsubscribe from optional marketing emails.
  • Delete profiles or your account, subject to the limited retention described above.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information. It may also provide the right to appeal a decision or object to certain processing. To submit a request, use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

9. Security and Children’s Privacy

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No security measure or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your password and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Jampak is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to Jampak, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
