Answers before doors open.
A quick guide to creating shows, hosting artists, and keeping payments on track.
From an idea to a live show.
The essentials for artists and hosts planning something together.
01How do I curate a show?
You can create an account and submit a proposal through our website. You and that host can review it and then accept the terms.
02What types of spaces can I exhibit in?
Artists can sign up and create a profile, where they can showcase their work and apply to shows in alternative spaces. Once approved by the space owner, the artist can curate a show in the space and receive payment through the website.
03How does this website work for space owners?
Space owners can sign up and create a profile, where they can list their space and approve artist applications for shows. Space owners receive a percentage of ticket sales from shows hosted in their space.

What to know when Stripe asks you to verify or update your details.
01I just received an email from Stripe. Who is Stripe? Is this email real?
We work with Stripe to enable payments for your business. Updating information about your account is important and required. These updates help protect against fraud and keep your account current with global Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
02What happens if I do not update my information by the deadline?
If you cannot update your account information by the deadline, payouts to your bank account and your ability to accept payments will be paused. We want to make sure that does not happen, so please let us know how we can help.
03How do I update my information?
Follow the link from Stripe’s email—the form will prompt you with instructions on how to update your information. It should take less than 5 minutes to update your information. If you need help, you can reach out directly to Stripe Support.
