Oh it's true, it's damn true. Harry Mack, from Portland Oregon is an impromptu rapper. Anything you tell him, he’ll spit bars with it & it's insane!

Tuesday April 1st was no joke. Harry Mack returned to San Diego & gave a jaw dropping performance at SOMA. The vibe felt good at the start because of DJ Sir Jazz warming up the crowd with his dope tracks on deck, & soon after, it was time to witness the 9th wonder of the world. That's what I'm gonna call this guy… he's crazy good.

I would say a reason to call him that is because after his intro of rapping with music, he pauses & continues with no music. No music & he's still rapping? It's an acapella rap! Everyone had eyes on him & he's just going at full force! A bit after, I'm guessing he's thinking something like, “yo check this out,” & steps offstage into the barricade, hypes up the front his bars, goes to the end of the barricade & continues to rap all impromptu stuff WHILE IN THE CROWD. BRO WHAT!? SICK!

Mack does his thing with the fans & then goes back onstage to bring out what he calls collaboration words. What that is, is words that the crowd provides him to go off of. Again, he reads it, he raps it with no prep. Paradiddle was one of the words & it was really cool that he had the crowd interact with him. One side of the venue had para while the other had diddle.

After this, he brought 3 fans onstage to give him a series of words that included a person, a location & a topic. What the fans came up with was Vlad The Vampire on 123 Sesame Street forgetting his wallet. Bruh… what lol. And there he goes, Harry Mack creates an impromptu rap incorporating the 3 series of words. The crowd went off on this one!

Mr. Mack then brings it down a bit by giving SOMA a little story time about his upbringing in rap & hip hop. What he tells us are examples of his early music experiences to then doing a drum solo. While rapping of course!

There's then a quick intermission with DJ Sir Jazz again & Harry Mack soon returns. It's towards the end of the set now & a different 3 fans were brought onstage. Luckies, I would have made Harry Mack rap about John Cena vs Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 41…

Anyways, he does his thing & the crowd is just full of “oooohhhh’s” & “yeah’s” & “daaaamn’s” for the rest of the night. Harry Mack spits out his final bars to then leave the stage to heartfelt, warm & loving praise. Seriously, please do yourself a favor & check him out when he's back in town. Its a guaranteed fun experience!
